This website has been created and is operated by Planet Course. We operate as an intermediate between language travel services provider and users in order to provide our users with the possibility to search and book courses, services and accommodation online. We do not provide, own or run any academic and/or accommodation services ourselves and in particular we do not provide, own or run any course and/or accommodation. Our service is based on information and services provided by language travel services provider. In addition to Planet Course Terms & Conditions students are also subject to the rules and regulation governing the particular language travel services provider they are attending and any relevant accommodation. Planet Course and language travel services provider represented and service provided by the language travel services provider or their providers are not liable for damages, injuries, illnesses and violation to people and goods.

Reservation application
The "Book Now" button on the Shopping Cart's page will take you through a very quick, user-friendly online application systemwhere you have to pay only a deposit part of th course total fees.
Once a language travel services provider has been chosen and a deposit has been paid, you will be sent a balance of fees to be paid to the Language Travel Services Provider. The balance of fees are payable directly to the Language Travel Services Provider, and payment instructions will be sent to you. You may be contacted by the language travel services provider with an invoice for the remainder of the tuition fees, and any other fees for services you have requested. This invoice, and the remainder of your tuition fees must be paid in full at least two weeks or in accordance with the terms set out by the language travel services provider prior to course start date. Your place on any course is not fully confirmed until such time as these fees have been paid, and the language travel services provider concerned has confirmed this payment. Failure to pay in full at least two weeks prior to arrival may result in loss of your place.
The deposit payment does not mean that your place on your chosen course is confirmed, the confirmation of your place will be communicated to you by the Language Travel Services Provider within 48 hours after the payment of the deposit.
Currency conversions on our website are based on the daily exchange rate and may fluctuate due to daily fluctuations. For the pre-payment or deposit, apply the exchange rate of the day. Always apply the currency of the Language Travel Services Provider. Your registration (booking) is a binding agreement for you to complete the course and pay the fees in full. If payment is not received in full the student will not be allowed to start the course. Letter of Acceptance will not be issued until full payment has been received. All bank or credit card charges must be paid by you. We cannot guaranty your course and/or accommodation if all fees are not paid in full. Nevertheless we will do our best to accommodate you in the course and accommodation of your choose.
In case where students need to apply for visa students must book course at least 8 weeks in advance.
No flight ticket should be purchased until Planet course confirms the student's place in Language Travel Services Provider. You are obliged to keep us and Language Travel Services Provider informed of any changes of address, your contact details and emergency contacts.

Cancellations and refunds
When booking a course and/or accommodation with Planet Course means you enter into a contract directly with the Language Travel Services Provider. If you need to cancel your course, please contact directly the Language Travel Services Provider with whom the course has been booked.
The deposit paid online is non refundable with exception if the student is applying for the spanish scholarship MEC and not finally received from any cause, PlanetCourse may return the deposit paid. The student must send an email to info@planetcourse.com with the document of refusal that the Spanish Ministry along with the bank account details where he wants the reimbursement to be made. The administrative and banking costs will be deducted from the refund.
The booking is subject to the Language Travel Services Provider's own cancellation policy. An administration fee may be charged by the Language Travel Services Provider in the event of cancellation. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the Language Travel Services Provider carefully. Planet Course will not charge any additional cancellation fee. If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the start of the course most Language Travel Services Providers may not charge a cancellation fee or will simply charge the inscription fee, which will have paid as part of the course fees, as cancellation fee. You are strongly advised to take insurance in case you are unable to start or to complete your course for reasons outside your control. If you are canceling your accommodation after the starting date the termination policy will apply.
Cancellation by the Language Travel Services Provider
We make all reasonable efforts to provide the courses as set out in our website. Occasionally, the Language Travel Services Provider have to make changes to and correct errors in brochure and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed and cancel confirmed bookings. Whilst Language Travel Services Provider always endeavour to avoid changes and cancellations, they must reserve the right to do so.
Most changes are minor. If we have to make a significant change or cancel, we will tell you as soon as possible. If there is time to do so before departure, we will offer you the choice of the following options: (for significant changes) accepting the changed arrangements or purchasing an alternative course from us, of a similar standard to that originally booked if available (if the chosen alternative is less expensive than your original one, we will refund the difference but if it is more expensive, we will ask you to pay the difference) or canceling or accepting the cancellation in which case you will receive a full and quick refund of all monies you have paid to us.
Please note, the above options are not available where any change made is a minor one No compensation will be payable and the above options will not be available if we cancel as a result of your failure to comply with any requirement of these booking conditions entitling us to cancel (such as paying on time).
If your reservation has been canceled by the Language Travel Services Provider, you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation. If you do not receive the cancellation email, please check your Spam/junk folder to see if the email is there. If you have not received a cancellation email in your inbox or Spam/junk folder, please contact our customer service team on info@planetcourse.com
Any amendment to the dates of stay of a Hot Deal or Non Refundable reservation will be charged by the Language Travel Services Provider and is non refundable due to the special deal.
Planet Course shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation or other academic services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.
Cancellation due to visa refusal:
If you have been refused visa you must inform us immediately, you must inform us 14 days before course starting date failure to do so will result in refund refusal.
In event of visa refusal into the country where you book your course official documentation of the application refusal and original documents from the Language Travel Services Provider (Letter of Acceptance) must be sent to us before refund can be considered. No refund will be issued where original documents have not been received. You must send these documents by recorded post and scanned by email to info@planetcourse.com. Where refund is to be issued due to visa refusal full course and accommodation fee will be refunded less course and accommodation booking fees which are no refundable and an administration fee may be charged by the Language Travel Services Provider in this event.Planet Course nor the Language Travel Services Provider will not issued any refund where: a) visa has been previously refused b) where visa is refused and/or cancelled due to poor non-attendance c) where the relevant Home Office, Embassy, Consulate or port of Entry immigration officials believe that you are not a bona fide or genuine student and subsequently refuses visa and/or entry to the country where you book your course/accommodation d) if student leaves the country during the course and its denied re-entry e) if appeal is pending f) where any information was falsified.
Termination Policy
Termination means stopping or leaving all or part of the course and/or accommodation once the course has started. If you decide to terminate your course at any point after starting date no refund will made of tuition, accommodation or booking fees by Planet Course. Termination is in breach of the Language Travel Services Provider’s termination policy. If you wish to terminate your course and/or accommodation Language Travel Services Providers might ask you for a minimum 6 weeks written notice in order to provide you a refund for any unused course and/or accommodation, less this notice period and the course and/or accommodation booking fee.
Public Holidays
Classes are not held and most Language Travel Services Provider facilities are closed on public holidays. All published courses start on Monday, if Monday is public holiday classes will start on Tuesday. No refunds, credits or any other form of compensation will be made for classes not available on public holidays
Visa
It is responsibility of the student to arrange all applicable travel permits or visas and to have a valid passport. Planet Course is not responsible for determining whether or not student needs a visa. Visa regulations change from time to time therefore we strongly advise you to contact the Irish Embassy/Consulate in your country for up to date information.
Insurance
We strongly advised to all students to take out insurance in case of the need to return home early, medical conditions and other unpredictable circumstances.
Health Declaration
Any illnesses, allergy or disability must be reported at the time of booking. All students must be of good health; any change to a student’s state of health may result in them being sent home if they are considered unfit to complete their classes. If any of health conditions are not reported Planet Course and Language Travel Services Provider reserve right to cancel the student's stay without a refund.
Arranged pick up transfer
If you have booked pick up and/or drop off you must inform us with your exact flight details at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival. You should look for a driver in arrival hall holding a sign with your Language Travel Services Provider name or/and your name and/or their name printed on the sign. If your flight was late more than 30 min you will be liable for additional charges. If you can’t find your driver and you decide to leave without contacting the Language Travel Services Provider you will not be entitled to a refund. You must call the Language Travel Services Provider in case if you can’t find your driver before you decide to take alternative transport.
Accommodation
We only provide accommodation if students book a full time course for the same period. Deposit may be required for some types of accommodation, deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period on the condition that there is no damage to the property
Liability
Our service is based on information provided by Language Travel Services Providers. Although we do our best effort to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free, nor can we be held responsible for interruptions, inaccuracies, typographical errors or non-delivery of information. Language Travel Services Providers cannot be held responsible for any changes that arise or errors that might have occurred. Planet Course cannot be held liable for changes to any of the content, or products and services published on this website at any time without notice. In addition, Planet Course makes no representations or warranties to the accuracy or completeness of the information accessible via this site. All bookings for courses and accommodation services on this website are made directly with the Language Travel Services Provider concerned and not with Planet Course. We only facilitate the making of reservations with the Language Travel Services Provider. Planet Course is not a party to the contract between you and the Language Travel Services Provider.
Prior to making a booking, you should ensure that you have reviewed the Language Travel Services Provider's terms and conditions and that they are acceptable to you.
Planet Course shall in no way be liable to you in the event that the course or accommodation services are not suitable for your purpose.
Age and responsibility
You confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this website. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this website by you and those using your log-in information.

If at any time you believe that Planet Course has not adhered to these principles, please notify us via the contact form and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to determine and correct the problem promptly.
